What impact will you make?

Within Business Process Transformation (BPT) we contribute to the (re)design, transformation and improvement of vital client processes. Using the operational strategy as a starting point, we set up processes efficiently and in a customer-friendly way. As a Working Student Operations Strategy & Process Transformation you will participate in large-scale transformations and process optimization projects. You will analyze process performance, identify points for improvement and implement these at clients. You will use the latest technologies, including Smart Industry, Robotic Process/Cognitive Automation and Artificial Intelligence.

This is how

• collaborating on projects for leading companies in various industries (Consumer Business, Financial Services, Energy, Resources & Industrial Products, High-Tech Industry, Telecom, Government and Healthcare);
• translating business strategy to operational strategy;
• supporting in the creation of presentations and workshops for the client;
• collecting, analyzing data and presenting results;
• contributing to articles published by Deloitte;
• using, developing and applying new technologies together with colleagues from different teams within Deloitte.

What you offer

You are result-oriented and think out-of-the-box when creating solutions for complex issues. You can structure arguments clearly and be convincing in expressing your opinion. You are interested in new technologies and innovations. For the role of Working Student Operations Strategy & Process Transformation, you also have:

• a Bachelor's degree, and you are in the final phase of a Master's degree, preferably in a business or technical direction;
• excellent academic results and secondary school grades, with science subjects completed above average;
• extracurricular activities, such as a board position or active membership of a study, student or sports club;
• interest in consultancy and process optimization;
• strong analytical skills and able to communicate complex ideas and analyses effectively;
• an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English;
• an availability of at least 4 days a week for at least 3 months.
