As a talent, you gain essential work experience while at the same time being helped in your personal and professional development. With customized training and coaching. Better known as our Next Level program. During this program you get to know yourself (even) better. You will work on your personal development. You will discover where your talents and qualities lie. And how you can make the most of them. You will also be trained to become a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt. You don’t do this alone, of course, but with a group of like-minded people. And throughout this process, you will be intensively coached and guided by one of our Talent Coaches.

Interim or detavast?

As a professional, you choose what suits you best. You have the choice between two forms of secondment: interim or permanent. 

As an interim professional, you are permanently employed by NextGen and will work on temporary projects. You will have the opportunity to experience various positions at various companies. This way you can discover what you like, what you are good at and what your ideal career path is. When you are on secondment, you work for a single client, but your contract runs via NextGen. During your time with the client, we have a lot of contact and keep a close eye on whether you are on the right track. 

And because we trust in your talent and ambition, we will immediately give you an employment contract for an indefinite period of time.
