Founded in 1945 to finance the visionary entrepreneurs who helped rebuilding the Netherlands after the second World War, NIBC was closely collaborating while professionally supporting companies and individuals in realizing their dreams and goals with a sustainable future in mind.
As a multicultural midsize bank with a working environment that is best described as dynamic and ambitious, we share a forward-thinking, can-do attitude with our employees and clients which we call our THINK YES mentality.
Our corporate values are Professional, Adaptive, Collaborative and Entrepreneurial.
By building our company on optimism and mutual trust, and with our THINK YES mentality, NIBC is an enterprising bank that enables ambitions.
NIBC provides a safe workplace, empowers employees and continuously fosters personal growth.
And in doing so, NIBC enables them to make a meaningful impact and realise ambitions. Together.
NIBC empowers your ambitions by providing a unique opportunity to kickstart your career through our Talent Program.
You could be a part of this program, too! In this program, you and your fellow trainees (a diverse and international group) will focus on personal and professional development.
As a part of a midsize and entrepreneurial bank, you will have an immediate impact in your role.

Together with a diverse and international group of fellow peers and colleagues you will get four days of networking, bonding and immersion in the bank’s business model.
Personal development: In a sequence of four 2-day modules spread over one year, you will receive group training that focuses on personal development and soft skills.
Learning by doing is key in this process, you will be challenged with many hands-on exercises and cases to hone your skills.
Sustainable project: Another feature of our Talent Program, is the sustainability business project, where you will help to build a sustainable and resilient society.
It is the opportunity to develop your Think Yes mentality, make an impact, and gain exposure.
During the Think Yes Presentations you will pitch the results directly to NIBC’s managing board.
Coaching: You will determine your personal development plan together with your coach and manager.
The plan will be tailored to you with a focus on personal, professional, and technical growth.
During the Talent Program you will get one-on-one coaching to develop your personal skills.
