Retrieve requirements? Who work out to neat Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions? You find the challenge of making full use of the platform or even expanding it with customization. In this role you work out Dynamics and Power Platform solutions on a co-creation basis with the customer that make a measurable positive contribution to the organizational ambitions. Whether that customer is an energy company or a telco: you drive complex end-to-end enterprise projects where custom components are desirable in the field of sales, services and/or customer journeys. The role requires 'hardcore' consultancy skills. Making an inventory of requirements is step one. Hugging them to death until you spot opportunities and feeding those insights back to the business, the second. Does the customer want to generate more leads? Increase the conversion? Boosting brand engagement? You have a say in configurations that bring these objectives closer. In this way you make an impactful and visible contribution to the digital transition and the digital success of appealing corporates.

More examples of custom projects: How can you realize front and back-end integrations with Azure PaaS or plugins? Which dashboards provide marketers with the desired 360-degree customer view? And what data do they need to stretch the customer lifetime value indefinitely?

In agile, you are involved in analyzing the requirements, making the design and then building the solutions as a developer, using your Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, C# and Javascript skills for these solutions. Sometimes you go for quick profit, but much more often for solutions that support the organization sustainably. You guarantee security, speed, stability and scalability at an enterprise level. As a Junior Dynamics 365 Consultant you always work in a team of colleagues. Now virtually and from home, but hopefully soon back at the office, customer location or hybrid. Learning – from a large number of peers and on the basis of training – is almost an official employment condition! And you have the opportunity to work on international projects.

Why does this vacancy suit you?

  • Have a HBO/WO background, preferably in the direction of IT or software engineering
  • Pre: have some CRM implementation/Microsoft Dynamics/.Net experience/affinity
  • Have some Power Platform, JavaScript and/or the Azure PaaS stack experience/affinity
  • Working analytically and process-oriented is a breeze for you
  • Understands what Agile working is and you feel completely at home in dynamic work environments
