Internship Description
Are you interested in Marketing, Business, or Brand Management? Then this is the internship for you. New packaging design? You’ll support our Brand Manager and Packaging Specialist. Need to create a presentation for the organization? No problem for you. Because let’s face it — the best way to learn is on the job. That’s exactly why you’ll be given your own projects from day one.

You’ll get to work on trends, data, social media management, campaign creation, and content. Have your own ideas to help grow our brands? We’ll give you a big round of applause.

The best part? You’ll be working on all Hero brands: Cassis, B’tween, Organix, Hero Baby, and Hero Jam. These brands are divided into two teams — and you’ll be the flexible team member contributing to both!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the rollout of brand plans, such as new product launches and brand books

• Keeping up with market trends — you love discovering new insights

• Supporting content creation for web and social media

• Working on your own (graduation) research project

We put a strong focus on your personal development and are here to help you achieve your learning goals. Want to develop your sales skills? Shadow one of our sales colleagues for a day. Want to improve your professional communication? Join us at an external meeting and actively participate.

Your Profile
Are you studying (Digital) Marketing, Commercial Economics, Small Business & Retail Management, or another relevant field? Great! In addition, you:

• Can independently organize and get things done

• Have strong communication skills and thrive in a professional environment

• Are assertive, proactive, and a real self-starter

• Are hands-on, not afraid to share your ideas, and focused on results

• Are available from August or September 2025. Can you start earlier? Even better!
