Supply Chain Pathway:

The Mars Supply Chain Leadership Experience is a three-year programme consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different supply chain areas of our organisation. This is your chance to contribute to the growth of Mars and further our renowned brands while receiving guidance for your professional and personal development.

Embark on a dynamic three-year journey, traversing the entire end-to-end supply chain - from leading projects on the factory floor, strategising production volumes, working on digitilisation projects and ensuring the secure delivery of our products to customers. This pathway is your gateway to elevating both your functional & digital expertise and leadership capabilities.

Program Highlights:

Three 12-month placements across diverse sectors of the Mars business.

Engage in three placements along our supply chain, gaining exposure from production to customer.

Lead your own Supply Chain projects across our global business, obtaining insights into our end-to-end Supply Chain.

What We Require from You:

A master’s degree obtained in 2023 or 2024

Interest in an international career

Interest in Supply Chain and the manufacturing process

Fluent in Dutch and English.
